About the Programme

 

The Premium Support Package is a Skills Training and Support Course intended to provide a
programme of teaching that includes video tutorials, optional group support meetings,
DBT journal/ workbook, and homework. This package is not intended to
replace individual therapy, if you need this as well. Although we teach crisis management skills, members are often already living with risj upon joining, and so to remind, we are not a 24 hour crisis service.

All intellectual property rights, including all content belongs to Dr Jennifer Beckett- BPD
Therapy Clinic. You agree that all content cannot be copied, reproduced, modified,
stored, redistributed, or exploited commercially in any way without permission from Dr
Jennifer Beckett- BPD Therapy Clinic.

Subscriptions/ Refund Policy

Your Lighthouse Academy membership is either a 6 month or 13 month one off subscription. Membership means we hold your place exclusively for you, and it shows your commitment upfront to invest in the program and give it your all. If you need more time to complete the program, this can be arranged. We also understand that though the course is delivered in a hybrid format, that some members might be able to attend the live coaching spots and online monthly groups. Recorded audio can be shared so that if you miss live coaching or do not choose to attend, you will not miss out on any course material. We do not give refunds, we want you to be successful in completing the package.

 

Risk Management

 

As this programme is not intended to replace individual therapy, we do not accept any
risk or responsibility for your safety. Often people join the Lighthouse Academy and
enrol in the Premium Support Package because they are already struggling with self-harm,
suicide ideation/risk- these are indeed some of the criteria for BPD/ emotional
dysregulation. Although our programme aims to target and treat these
behaviours- it takes time to learn, practice and generalise new behaviours. We are not
an after-hours or crisis team service. If you feel at risk at any time please call 111 or the mental health crisis team.
